She works at all levels within organisations helping them communicate with power and confidence when presenting, influencing, interviewing, training, facilitating, writing and coaching. She helps people manage themselves and their business relationships through change, uncertainty and growth.

She brings into the training room a mountain of real-world experience from diverse worlds. Janine has 17 years of learning and development experience and has worked closely with IT, finance, legal, rail, education, central and local government, manufacturing, automotive, media, medical, fashion, engineering and retail. She has trained throughout the UK and mainland Europe, as well as across the globe: Russia, USA, Mexico, New Zealand, Australia and Middle East.
