This course has given me an insight on how to work with different people and deal with difficult situations effectively. I have developed loads of skills which I can use in my new role to grow and develop my team to create productive and positive results for the business and more importantly the individual....I look forward to putting this into practice in the future....This was not always an easy day but we had the opportunity to try for ourselves and see what works.
