Steve previously worked in the financial sector, travel and entertainment business and brings a wealth of diverse experience into the training room. As a trainer and consultant, he has worked with organisations throughout the UK and mainland Europe. He has extensive experience in analysing training needs, and designing, developing, delivering and evaluating learning programmes. Sectors and industries worked with include retail, automotive, IT, pharmaceuticals, local government, finance and manufacturing.

Steve is able to quickly build trust with learners, facilitating honest reflection on current behaviour and performance. He facilitates the development of skills and attitudes that lead to tangible change and results for the individual and business.
